Festive fundraiser at Gaywood
Elves, snowmen and reindeer were all in attendance when pupils at Gaywood Primary School held their annual Christmas Fayre.
The children were joined by family and friends at the event, where they enjoyed a host of activities with a festive twist, such as Knock the Elf off the Shelf, Hook a Bauble, Snowman Skittles, Reindeer Antler Hoopla, and Pin the Nose on Rudolph.
Additional stalls at the seasonal fundraiser featured a chocolate tombola, a toy swap and a uniform sale, while there was also a range of refreshments on offer.
All money raised will go towards books for the school’s classrooms and library.
Other Christmas celebrations at Gaywood, which is part of the West Norfolk Academies Trust, included performances from all year groups from Early Years to Year 6, along with a Christmas tree decoration competition, and a Gaywood PTA Movie Club showing of family favourite The Polar Express, complete with popcorn and drinks.
